How does this process work?
Once you book a Discovery Call, we’ll chat about your goals and scope of work. From there, I’ll create a proposal outlining your creative direction, inclusions, and project timeline.
Do you design from scratch or use templates?
Everything I create is custom and tailored to your brand. I may use Canva for design flexibility, but your assets are always built to suit your unique aesthetic and needs.
What platforms do you work with?
I work across Canva, Klaviyo, Flodesk, Mailchimp, and Wix/Squarespace/Shopify websites (plus many more platforms) — ensuring your creative assets integrate seamlessly with your existing systems.
Can you help with full branding or logo design?
I offer light brand refreshes (colours, fonts, visual consistency), but full branding and logo design can be referred to my trusted design partners.
How long will my project take?
Timelines vary depend on project size and deliverables, so you’ll receive a full timeline once we confirm your scope.
